Creating content can be made easier with the right tools. Here is a quick list of the tools I use for my own businesses to create content.

1. Notion
I’m inherently a pen-and-paper gal, but with so many loose papers and lost work around the house, I have had no choice but to (slowly) transition to digital. Luckily, I found Notion which I have been using as my ‘second brain’, and it’s been brilliant!
Now with the addition of it’s AI, it’s speeding up my processes and making me more efficient! And it’s free! What’s not to love?

2. Canva
Canva has countless design ideas and templates that are already in the correct dimensions and resolution for you. It’s also super user-friendly which is why it’s probably one of the most raved-about design platforms. There is also a really good free version of this, so it’s worth a try.

3. Adobe Premier Pro
This one has been a steep learning curve because there is so much you can do with this. However, the more I learn, the more intuitive it becomes and it’s now my go-to for complex video editing. Having said that, I’ve recently been introduced to CapCut which is incredible for quick, non-precise video editing. So maybe once Ive gotten the hang of that one, it will become my go-to. Adobe watch out.

4. Analytics software
Google analytics , WordPress analytics, YouTube analytics and so on. Analytics are critical for improving your content. Without it, it’s hard to know what works and what doesn’t. You don’t want to be putting a lot of effort in the wrong direction!
If you aren’t an analytical person by nature, I can help you with our Social media effectiveness audit which assesses your and your competitor’s social media profiles, and analyses the data to give you data-driven content ideas as well as an idea as to what you should stop doing (saving you time and resources), what you should continue doing (because they are super-effective) and what you can start experimenting with (to maximise your reach and impact).
